We had a fantastic stay at a cozy little place in a quiet location. The views from our upgraded room were absolutely breathtaking, with Edinburgh castle and Calton Hill in sight. The room was spotlessly clean and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The breakfast options were delicious, offering a good variety of choices. The hotel's location was perfect, as it was easily accessible on foot or through reliable public transportation. The friendly and helpful manager, Sheree, made our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this gem of a place for a memorable stay in Edinburgh.

We were upgraded to one of their apartments complete with four-poster bed, kitchen and luxury bathroom. Very friendly welcome. The hotel looked really warm and inviting.
We didn't arrive early enough to really make use of the excellent facilities! We arrived a bit late for breakfast and the tomatoes were a bit dried out! - (this is the only thing I can think of which was a minor down!

Very nice establishment. They went out of their way to have our key in a lock box after a car mishap kept us from arriving before their check in deadline. Pretty and quaint building. Nice array of brochures in entryway and a comprehensive guidebook in the room for what to explore in Scotland. Would definitely use again. Bed was comfortable unlike my fear that it would be hard as many reviews of other Scottish hotels lead me to believe it would be like no matter what. :)
Having only public pay parking on the streets nearby.

I recently stayed at The Inverleith for my visit to the Botanic Gardens. The hotel's close proximity made it a perfect choice. Room 8 on the top floor offered stunning views of the castle. Manager Sheree was incredibly helpful, ensuring our room was ready and providing parking information. The breakfast was delicious and the cozy bar area was great for a nightcap. The staff were attentive and accommodating, making us feel right at home. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting.
Totally recommend this hotel.

We had a pleasant stay at a lovely, peaceful location, just a 30-minute walk to the town center. The hotel was close to public transport, making it convenient to explore the city. The staff, particularly Shiree, was very polite and catered to our every need. Despite a slightly tight room, it had a cozy feel, and the price was very affordable compared to other options. We also appreciated the hotel's proximity to the stunning Botanical Gardens.
Although there were a few drawbacks, such as on-street parking being limited during busy periods and a mediocre breakfast, the overall experience was enjoyable. The hotel could improve on bathroom hygiene and offer a wider variety of breakfast options.
